Local 1768 Fundraisers

The Firefighters of Plymouth Local 1768 are here to protect the community around the clock in an emergency situation. Not surprisingly, the good natured role as protectors of life and property is also visibly evident during non-emergency situations. We call this “Hometown Attentiveness” – our brand of giving back. Firefighters love to help.

As an entire organization, Fire Department employees raise money throughout the year for its' formally recognized charities. One such charity, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, has depended on firefighter fund raising efforts for over 50 years.

Locally we are called upon to support various charities and scholarships, as well as provide for the health and welfare of our own stricken firefighters and their families.

In order to do this, we need help from the public, and local businesses, through our various fundraising activities. So please give generously when called upon.
